Cal. 44 WCF. S# 630902B. Bbl 20" carbine style. Fixed front sight with carbine leaf rear sight. Full length mag. Action has saddle ring on left side. Band fastened forearm, straight grip stock with trapdoor carbine buttplate. Mfg. 1910. CONDITION: metal has partially cleaned gray appearance with scattered pitting, dents and marks. Forearm shows wear with spots of darkened appearance. Heavily sanded stock is undersize around the action showing spots of darkening, chips and cracks. Action exhibits wear. Bore shows scattered pitting retaining largely intact rifling. (25-6531/DS). CURIO. $1,500-2,000.
